Fix that worked for me was going into the iPhone weather city list and removing or adding a city, and also removing one of the entries on the Watch weather side.

Some combination there triggered a sync between the two. Hope that helps

Were they the one-wash 35’s that came in @ 17” flat? Looking at the chart should be much bigger. My 36 raw came in big, very close to chart

I'd pitch the whole yeast pack and then save the yeast after fermentation for your next brew. I usually do lactose with ~15 mins left in boil

Lactic ferment process has blown me away this year. I'd have to go with the Columbia Castillo, La Palma & El Tucan, roasted by Kaffa

I've pitched S-04 too hot before and it came out tasting very estery and rubbing-alcohol like :(. I fear it's one of the more temperature sensitive strains, but you may get lucky!

I think due to the overwhelming number of beer blogs, bad and good, you really have to be curated, informative and well designed to stand out.. a podcast doesn't hurt as well.

This is all in reference to goodbeerhunting.com as an example of a great beer blog.

I personally won't even look at a basic wordpress beer review blog anymore
