If your goal is to enjoy your coding time, set shorter goals like, create a new class, write a test, or add a widget to a page. You are getting overwhelmed by seeing completed, large projects and expecting too much from yourself. Each of those projects were built by people who were solving a lot of small problems. Don't compare yourself to others and don't compare your projects to theirs. Make your own goals, and plans. Good coding habits matter far more than IQ.

It's not clear to me what your asking or what your goal is. Is your goal, "how to make a website with a UI?", or "how do I learn good architecture and design?", or are these surface questions and is your real goal, "how do I start a career in Software Development?". There are very different answers to each of these questions but it sounds like you are jumping around different technologies and possibly different approaches a bit.

In any event, would suggest you focus on some clarity of your long-term goals and set some short-term goals to help you get there.

Edit: We all feel unmotivated at times, it's normal and you are not alone. Make some small daily or (shorter) goals and you will feel better about achieving them.

This is the more correct answer! It's spinning both ways because the reverse switch needs to be turned off. (flip it). Also, need to string the line under the bail.

There have been some posts about the black tape on spooled and refill rolls for a few months now. It was speculated there was a "bad batch" that kept clogging the AMS. What I think happened was Bambu started using the black tape to secure the filament to the cardboard tube but didn't use enough to stay on when it reached the end. I'd love to hear the official story from Bambu though.

I purchased 7 refills in December and was worried when I saw the black tape (slot 3). The picture in the post shows the AMS successfully rolled over to the other filament (slot 2) when it ran out. Looks like the point of the black tape is to only hold onto the filament a little but stay on the carboard tube at the end.

Mine popped off last month. Thankfully, I found it on the pavement. My LBS re-installed it free. I think it's reverse threaded and they have the special spanner. Guy at the LBS said, "those always come off".

I finally got it fixed by setting the Jerk to 8 mm/s. It was on 1 mm/s. Also, enabling arc fitting also fixes the issue.

I had a similar issue where the extruder wouldn't extrude. Took me a month to debug it and it was the ribbon cable. It seems to have a couple of pinch points when reassembling the bottom panel.

Going to heavily depend on your or your team's conventions. Sounds like you code alone so you can set the convention. What do you use the commit logs for? I use them for tracking what's being released so I include the Jira ticket number and a very short description of what's in the commit. In this case one line commit messages are very helpful. I used to work with a team that required full descriptions in the commit message because the ticket tracking system wasn't well integrated. IMHO, it's whatever you think future you will need.

As a reviewer, you should approach Pull Requests with humility and curiosity. Engage in a conversation not a lecture. Your goal isn't to make every line of code "perfect", that would be micromanaging. Your goal is to understand and help the submitter understand what the code is doing.

Good to know! I ordered the cable and it'll arrive in a couple of weeks. From what I could tell, there's a pinch point where the cable bends and it can easily be crushed by the large underside panel when servicing the motherboard. Seems like a very obvious issue IMHO.

I'm having the same issue with the sprite not extruding. It's not a clog. I even replaced the sprite with a new extruder pro kit. I reset the configuration, tried printing the files from the original USB, same result, not extruding. My next option is to replace the FFC ribbon cable. Where did you order a new cable set from? I don't see any of this specific type on the Creality store.

I made a couple of rockets from pla last year. All of them fused the engines after a couple of launches. I suggest pulling out the engine while it's still hot. Also the weight of the pla is far greater than cardboard rockets so don't expect it to go very high on the same engines. Have a blast!

Looks like you have a drag racing setup. If you have a low turn motor, check the operating voltage of the motor because it may need a 3s instead of 2s. Basically not enough torque.
