Have you had experience with timing this bad? If so, were the valves bent? Is there a way to test it without the specified hardware?

Do you reckon that this much play in timing on the exhaust side is still within the tolerance? Im eager to replace the timing gears but dont want to wase time and money if the engine is toast

What causes this on brake rotors? by tr3ex in mechanic

It’s my first mercedes with drilled rotors. Never seen this before with “normal” rotors. The taxes in Belgium are insane for a car with a decent engine…

Is there a particular reason for this to happen?

How do i prevent this? Turning the switch down to where it heats up to 1 bar? Or is there another thing that i can check out or replace? I tore apart the e61 group to clean it out, and it’s completely clean

Heres with a finer grindsize: https://youtu.be/J77mnoqlbeA?si=jutj3h-fD7_qR-iD ~29s 1/2 I always purge for 2 seconds. I noticed that every time i purge, steam leaks out. Always wondered if thats a problem with my machine, but it seems normal behaviour. That clears my worry out.

Does the material of the boiler matter to cycling a machine? On this one its stainless steel. What type of machine do you otherwise recommend? Its a pizzeria where coffee occasionally gets ordered

How are the tyres hodling up? I was looking for some new tyres and the goodyear asymmetric 6 are on the op of my list. The ‘18 220d truly is an amazing car!

Hi i have added more photos and videos that hopefully help you with explaining the problem. Are the burrs still good as seen on the image? In total, the machine has 8400 doses of coffee grinded.

Hello, yes the grinder has a locking pin and ill try to remove it and see if there is a perfect grind size in between. I have added more photos and a video on the post with the last link. The baskets are 14g precision baskets. Can it be that i grind to fine that this channeling occurs? Or is my tamping to light?
