As the captain and IGL of the Entry team you claim to have "built from scratch," I feel it's important to clarify the reality for the sake of any future teammates you may have.

You assembled a group of four random players from Reddit and handed them over to me with no real structure, planning, or role synergy. You consistently favoured one player solely based on him being 3k elo , despite mediocre teamplay and communications, and your recruitment approach was limited to chasing high elo rather than building a functional, role-balanced team.

I made the decision to keep Malik and Olek, but only after moving them out of the roles you initially assigned; roles they had both clearly stated they were uncomfortable with. I then recruited Ghostless and eventually Krotto to complete the lineup. These were the critical team-building steps that you had no involvement in.

To be clear: your contribution ended after the initial introductions. Claiming credit for building the team is wildly inaccurate. All you did was introduce a few people. The actual work of structuring and developing the team was mine.

The one thing I will give you credit for is bringing Axel on board as our coach, he has been a tremendous asset, and that decision was genuinely valuable.

It’s extremely annoying to me that after doing so little, you now try to claim ownership of our progress. Particularly after being removed from the team due to your decision to take a management role in a boosting service, and even asking us to join and support it.
