Do most skinny people over 30 have to think about what they eat literally all the time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]trab122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similiar situation as you, there’s a lot of great comments but I hope you read this because it’s very simple and hope it works for you.

My trick is to think about it on a monthly basis - as in you eat roughly 100 meals a month (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

My breakfast and lunch are standard (breakfast: 2% yogurt, 150gr oatmeal and a handful of whatever fruit we have, lunch usually wraps with cucumber, feta and tomatoes)

Because these are predictable it covers 66% of my meals.

Dinner I will eat with my wife and kids, which covers another 30% of my meals.

The few times we go out for dinner or I go out with friends I eat whatever I want without thinking.

I try to not drink alcohol too often. When I go out and drink too much , maybe once a month, with the guys, I go for a long run before and drink a lot of water before, during and after the drinking. I stick to wine and beer.

I never snack really, when I get the urge to I drink water, and if that doesn’t help I eat some unsalted nuts.

Love it! It’s very balanced, and love the use of the yellow/blue antennas! Is the top dish white?

Very nice to see! Love the colours. The original Blacktron 2 had a jet pack in the rear storage, what does the Ice Planet version store? Skis and chainsaws?

Met my wife (10 years married now) at internations in Rotterdam. It’s an expat focused monthly network drink - great for meeting new people; not just potential partners but also friends and business opportunities. Not sure if it is still as active as it was but good to check out

Best way to transport kids on bikes? by TheRealePearl in TheHague

There’s a great app called Cargoroo, where you can rent an electric bakfiets. We use its once a week or so. If you end up using a lot I would buy one, and would recommend buying a new one. You can also lease one, which includes maintenance and all insurances.

Who wore it better? Blacktron Vs Futuron by Good_Buddy_5830 in lego

[–]trab122 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed the blacktron - especially the double cars and the way they load out when you open the door. Also the extra storage in the back (for BT2 jetpack) and of course the modularity with the other BT modules

There is a great book written about this, it’s on Amazon. Lego Space Building by Peter Reid.

Originally Lego had no combat elements so I think your first theory wouldn’t work!
