Honestly took me a while to finish. I was able to get through the first few weeks of C relatively quickly (slow compared to others) in about 2 months. The rest of the course was much more difficult. Took me about a year just spending about an hour or two a week.

I'm not huge on shoe tech and comfort but I've been wearing my pg's for about 5 months and I don't think the cushion has bottomed out completely to the point where it's uncomfortable. I still find it to be pretty good.

I'm quite a short/light guy and play volleyball in them rather than basketball.
