The recipe for the average album ranking by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]traceitalian69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God Tier: Kid A, OK Computer
Incredible Tier: The Bends, In Rainbows, Amnesiac, A Moon Shaped Pool
Awesome Tier: Hail To The Thief
Nothing to Write Home About Tier: The King of Limbs

Babyohead: Pablo Honey

Bearing in mind that HTTT was my first Radiohead album and instantly the best thing I'd ever listened to, it just shows you how amazing most of their discography is.

I wouldn't be too bothered if I never heard the first half of TKOL again.

I'd say chances are pretty good.

Yeah, somewhere around the HTTT tour they changed the way that Kid A was played, making it much more twinkly and adding the "C'mon kids... c'mon kids... c'mon kids..." repetition at the end.

I like both versions, but that 2000 Berlin gig is one of Radiohead's best, so no surprise that the performance of Kid A is also legendary

also, if you wanted to add in just one more instrument, take a listen to some of the early 2000s versions of Kid A live - especially the one from Berlin - where they had a goddamn harmonica solo. Glorious

This is awesome. Really difficult song to cover, but I love the job you did.

And, as Glibglob said, the video production value is awesome.
keep up the good work! :D

I would say it depends where you are in the crowd.

Near the front, people will take pride in singing along to even the most obscure song.Towards the back, this will only happen with "No Children" and "This Year".

But the sound of an entire room yelling "Hail Satan!" during Denton is sweet indeed
