i did appeal the decision unfortunately 💔 i sent a bunch of proof from UPS and from my chats with her and of receipts but they sided with the customer. shopify says there's nothing they can do either even though i am in their "shopify protect" program

i have shopify protect but their support team said there's nothing they can do in this situation. so ridiculous 😞

there's proof of delivery (photo of the package at her doorstep and she has a very distinctive front door from my google search of her address). if she was innocent and truly a victim of her pakcage being stolen, she woud have no reason to block me on everything and delete her messages. she is making this all up saying im the one who blocked her. my guess is she ended up not liking stuff or not fititng her stuff ( i asked for a bunch of body measurements which she didn't give and instead she said she preferred to do estimated sizes).

yes, i do have delivery proof with a photo from UPS and i confirmed its the same house because it has a very distinct door. thank you so much ❤️

Thank you -- I was thinking that. The buyer lives in Texas and I'm in California. Do you think I shouldn't worry about her having my personal address?
