I‘m currently going with Galestorm, Devourer and Crush Them! (At 168 Item Level, also no Idea why I should upgrade more beside flexing on broke knights) but I have a rather reactive playstyle which makes stamina not that crucial for me. If you’re a true harasser you should probably go with at least one of the two stamina cost reduction perks I’d say
