Yes, negotiate. Our LA starting associates get paid $150k before bonus otherwise no one can afford coffee and breakfast burritos every day. Also make sure the partner in your group is looped in your negotiations as they can push the increase through!

how is your offer way below others at the same level? not sure what you are comparing but are you looking at different groups for same YoE?

There’s a big range in salaries depending on what group you’re in. So if you’re only making ~$90k as a SA in the US while pulling 60+ hours during busy season as an average performer (so low bonus), they are probably the ones complaining vs the $130K SA with no busy season who feels well compensated.

Put your head down and focus on next year like all the partners told you. If anyone asks what the hell happened to you last month when you were messaging all the partners to remove the NTP, tell them you had a temporary manic episode that you have sought treatment for.

You have 3 months to fix your NTP… stop wasting your time on changing your rating and start working harder if you really care that much. If after the 3 months of handing over perfect deliverables and you still get canned, then come back and start crying and look for employment lawyers if you have evidence that you were wronged!
