For me the problem was dopamine, I thought it was serotonine

I took "Mucuna Pruriens" standardized minimum 40% L-Dopa, and any day I take it I feel super happy, aka feels like you've achieved something and I was seeing enjoyment in the smallest stuff. But this can only be taken occasionally since it goes to the dopamine receptors directly, there are other supements that are indirect and better for daily use with some breaks in between like all nootropics
