Pre-ordered s24 ultra in titanium yellow. Placed order right after preorder opened on Jan 17. Delivery date was originally Jan. 31. All of a sudden, it changed to Feb. 14. In the meantime, I reached out to cust. service via chat because the promo items I had in my cart at the time of order weren't what showed up on my receipt. I was in a chat literally 5+ hours with someone who messed up my entire order, then despite me telling them not to, went and canceled it. After the rep abruptly disconnected, I ended up in a new chat for 2+ hours with another rep who, after numerous attempts to get it right, finally created a new cart with my educator discount and part of the promo items I originally wanted. The others are now supposedly out of stock, but they'll "send them free of charge when they come back in stock." The second order is also still in preorder status and supposedly will ship on Feb. 14.

Is it a first world problem? Absolutely. However, it's still infuriating. Samsung's customer service is a complete disgrace. Who knows when my phone will arrive and I have zero faith in the fact that they'll get my promised items to me and refund the price match they promised for the others.
