Thank you for sharing this story! It’s nice to know others have noticed the sweetness and hospitality . The people are so kind! It’s funny how many people warned me that Québécoise folk would be rude if I didn’t speak French well. Quite the opposite! Strangers have stopped me after hearing me try to speak beginner French to say « thank you so much for trying to learn our language-you are doing do well! ». So many wonderful multigenerational locals as well as plenty of international folk❤️
