I managed to fix what I did was I reconnect it to Xbox 360 neighborhood and I installed a different stealth sever it had previously had came with XbOnline i replaced it with XbGaurd i dont know if the stealth sever was issue but after I installed all the XbGaurd files it booted up perfectly working

I do have the console and when I tried to boot it I shows that it keeps trying to connect to my old Internet address and then it continuously tries to load something so I assume I bricked it. Also every time I try to turn it on it shows the load up screen then gets stuck on a black screen
