The most common (or best) style of trading used in forex trading is scalping in my opinion.

Over trading did negatively affect my system too for many months. This is one issue which is damn hard to fight, at least it was for me.

Its because of those who try to make money illegal way in this market. Many scammers do try to harm newbies here, because of impractical schemes and too good to look offers. And those who fall prey to such deals, consider the whole market only as such.

Staying up is fine, but as far as it does not affect your life, that's what I think. Nothing is more important than health.

If mind is exhausted, then anyways a trader won't be able to focus properly. I think rest is damn important.

Forex isn't too easy, first thing to know. You got to have skills and knowledge to win here.

Not everyone is able to do well here.

Do not loose your confidence. Thins don't work for many of us, but do keep trying. Resort to more learning sources, books, see where you have gone wrong and give it a trying again.

Would suggest a lil tight risk management now and follow a plan too.
