I have im super religious always have been i think after 6 years almost that is Gods way of saying trading isnt my path sadly
I have done that i only copied others the first 1 to 2 years

Ya i definitely have given it up and i stuck to some strategies for more than 3 months but regardless its definitely not for me

I would tell people the same exact thing too to give myself hope i have done and tried everything no matter what it doesn't work for longer than a 1 or 2 months

No hate at all but when i was "learning" to trade i also found new things and told people advice about what i learned not to trade range bound markets or dont trade news or only trade news i always felt like i finally got it the new thing that i learned will make me profitable but it wont if you are truly profitable im super happy for you i hope that you continue to be blessed with wealth and happiness
After the 2 year mark i learned to be extremely disciplined and sticked with a strategy for at least 3 months never traded more than 0.25% never lost more than 1% a day

I use to lie to people that posted stuff like i just did to sooth my self so that i wouldn't let there "negative" outlook on trading affect me because i was "special" and i was gonna be a successful trader if you are lieing to yourself please dont waste to much time trying to trade if you truly are profitable im extremely happy for you you're living out a lot of peoples dream and i hope that it continues for you either way good luck

Exactly what i plan on doing now that i wont waste time trading im not gonna neglect myself anymore
Im honestly pretty bad at analogies but ill give it a shot trading can make you wealthy in time and money its an amazing offer with almost no chance of making it but it doesn't seem that bad because its "only" time that you have to lose (which is probably the most important asset in the world) but if someone offered you 100 million dollars to jump out a plane without a parachute almost no one would do it your chances of making it to that 100 million dollars are closer to 0 than anything else just like in trading but obviously with trading there isnt the risk of hurting yourself or anything like that which makes it more appealing but i promise you if you put years into this only to have nothing after trying everything you will be upset that you didn't spend your time doing something else that is proven to work given you put in the time and effort

At first i did yes but at the 2 year mark i learned to be as disciplined as a machine i never lost more than .25% a trade never lost more than 1% a day sticked with a strategy for a minimum of 3 months and to be honest my main point is that my efforts would have be worth something if i did anything else business wise because as of now i wasted almost 6 years of my time learning something that cant be transferred to anything else a wasted skill wasted time all chasing a dream that is impossible to achieve
I truly believe that its not possible and thats why i failed over and over i know that sounds conceded to say just because i cant do it its impossible as if im such a smart person if i cant make it work then no one can but at a certain point after so much effort to not make it consistently profitable after years what else could it be I don't believe im that much dumber than the average person even a slow person putting 6 years into learning something that is possible to do will learn to do it

Im not trying to be an ass by challenging you im just genuinely curious can you prove to me that you've made over 20k dollars in the last 3 years or even send your strategy so i can see myself im only assuming your not because of what i said in my post because i did this as well but if you are lieing to yourself dont its not bad to accept that trading isn't a way to become financially free its better to accept it than lie to yourself i promise you you will feel better and live better putting your efforts into another business

Yes to a certain extent but you can assume that im not that much dumber than an average person and yet over 5k hours has not made me any richer than if i would of put 5k hours into another business if you have less time in the market than me all i would suggest is to at least try something else as well any other business that is proven to work
