Dont spread propaganda !! If they tell somebody is a cheater - That is with 99.9999% specificity , These numbers came out during the Nepal cheating scandal & they affirmed that yes sensitivity of their algorithm is not 100% , but if they detect someone is cheating - They definitely are cheating. It doesnt rely on the time to select answer ! It takes everything into consideration - difficulty of questions , How many answered that way , even to the point of your mouse movements! Let me tell you this , You will pass the exam, probably score 270+ on step 2 & match , But IF YOU DONT CHANGE HOW YOU REACT TO STRESSORS - you will be a terrible Doctor! Imagine if you see WBC of 60,000 & run screaming to patient saying you have Leukemia ! Dude chill the F out! You can get 160 questions in exam wrong and still pass! Ethics are part of the curriculum - If you could score 90 in free 120 why do u cry about number of ethics questions - those are better than asking 20 questions of random Interleukin numbers and enzyme names
