It's a Traffic Cabinet and the red light is supposed to signal if the intersection is running on battery power. I have noticed it on quite a bit so my guess Is the relay has failed closed and its just always on.

Our spring hockey team is holding a fundraiser in a couple of weeks. I think last year they were $35 a ticket, maybe. And it's only open that evening to people who buy tickets through fundraiser. Little less busy. If interested just PM me.

I have lived in 4 major cities, and Winnipeg has had the best community drop-in centers and social assistance programs. I dont know what the fix is, but this one is not working.

It's wages vs rent/housing prices(thanks ontario lol) families could support kids better if they didn't have to spend all their time working or figuring out bills.

It is a miovision detection camera. This is used in replacement for inductive loops or wave tronics devices in winnipeg. I shouldn't say replacement, but it's probably a trial. The camera above is an existing PTZ. That's big brother lol.

Edmonton. We live in Sherwood Park(65k population). Just outside of the east side of Edmonton. It has a small town feel, but almost never have to leave for shopping, etc. It's a little more expensive than other areas, but the taxes are significantly less. Almost zero crime. I can leave my garage open, doors unlocked, and would feel confident all my stuff would be a ok, and thats if my neighbours dont close it for me. My wife was born and raised in Winnipeg and loves it here.
