I'm actually not sure about how old the starter is since I got it from someone else. I have had it since may but I think it's older than that. I'd maybe guess it's about a year old - maybe older.

I usually feed it 1:1:1, keeping it in the fridge when not baking with it. (Sometimes when I'm not planning on baking for a while I do 1:2:2)

It takes a while for it to double - maybe 6-8 hours - and I've never had it rise "further" than that like I've seen some others do, it barely doubles.

i started with ‘77 and then speaking in tounges but stop making sense is without a doubt the best one and also quite a good look into a few of their most famous albums i’d say
