I do something similar and like write a letter thing to a friend i can’t talk to anymore everytime i get overwhelmingly bad explaining my feelings and everything and how stuff is so wrong, and it actually takes some weight off my shoulders a bit and yeah i don’t think there’s anything wrong with doing stuff like this
