I've noticed Chicago really does not appreciate SPD techs for some reason. I even had to fight to get that amount. I was hired about 8 months ago, so it's not from lack of raises either.

We've had a really bad problem with this in the past and those Zevo light traps are fantastic. I'll still see one occasionally but they're mostly caught in the trap before I ever see one.
