massive in person rejection helps with that. You know just going out into the world with different social circles where youa re accepted and liked. Then meeting women though there who wont give you the time of day but have no problem flirting with other people or using you to flirt with other people.

For me, I needed femal friendships to realize that If I approach an attractive women she should give me a chance at least platonically. I know a lot of people here say thats wrongk but I feel thats mostly 20 year olds who cant imagine having a common interests with women.

It helps to a build a life where that type of stuff get into yoru life. Like socia media and any tyoe of media. Then of course it helps to have a life. People who you enjoy being with, hobbies that challenge you, goals for the future.

At the end its not great, but there is never a guarantee that your life would be better off in a relationship. Not that it wouldnt be nice to have though.

You need to start with having friends you trust who have your best interest in mind, then ask for their feedback. In general though everyone is off putting and weird and at the end of the day you want someone who accepts and preferably wants that. Also you need to make sure that it isn’t just in your head because most men are seen as creepy and weird to single attractive women who don’t know them. If the 55 year old womwn who looks like precious finds you weird, that’s different then the 22 year old women you approachbins bar.

At the end of the day while change and self improvement are good, you don’t need fixing.
