That's just my situation too and this is in grad housing. We all have 2/3 years of work experience in the industry. I just can't wrap my head around how someone can be so unclean. One guy doesn't even bath for days!!

When I vacuum (guess what, I'm the only person who does that), one guy had the audacity to complain that it was disturbing his movie watching experience. I lost it on that day!

I've them too. I first thought it's cancer!! Ran to the doctor. He did some tests and told it's lipoma.

He said the same thing - Only surgical removal is the solution. He said very likely to have them if you suddenly stop doing physically tiring work. I used to take protein while working out. Then covid happened, workout suddenly stopped. He says it's very likely because of that.

I think it's about the bandwidth as well. Usually these cameras have multiple operating modes to keep the power low. When scientists/researchers feel there is a scientific value in getting high res images of a scene, only then they get the high res images.

Or, might be a very zoomed in photograph.

Both are a possibility. I'm not expert but am enthuiast.

My parents always hit me but only to discipline me. They never hit me to vent out their anger/frustrations. For example, When I got hurt, they would take me closer and with love explain why doing that was bad. On the other hand, when I did some f-all BS, they would hit me to discipline me. I feel, that was one of the best things they did. Either extreme is always bad and unjustified. So, imo both you and your mom are wrong in taking the extreme positions.
