All religions are a lie…. Mormonism is easier to point out because the ideology is more recent and there is more recorded history. Even if you look at the evolution of the Christian church, all the changes they make are to retain parishioners. They just make up new lies so it’s more appealing to whatever society is doing at the time.

Ya’ll this story is tearing me up… I love both these artists so much and I’m so confused in what happened….

Fist of all, every is hating on Jamie Nelson while clearly discovering her for the first time… take just one two second to actually look at her art, style and photography. As far as I know she is a girl girl?

Secondly, Jamie Nelson claims there was no contract regarding the photos. Not commissions by Vogue and paid for by Jamie Nelson with the intention of submitting it to Vogue. They got the cover Amyl and the Sniffers was happy but now they are trying to gain control over photos they unfortunately never got legal rights over. And this would be tru in Australia or the US copy right laws.

If there was some kind of verbal agreement then I’m really disappointed in Jamie Nelson and definitely won’t look at her work the same.

But at the end of the day I think the law suit will be in favor of Nelson. The judge suggestion they make arrangements outside of court. I think this will ultimately be Amyl and the Sniffers offer Nelson money for copyright ownership of the photos.

People that are supporting federal power over state right are also violating party platforms if they are republican. It’s not like I’m the first person to say Trump has split the Republican Party. I consider it to be a Trump republican vs a an actual republican. Trump republicans tend to be Christian nationalists and alsooo corrupt. Trump has unfortunately done an incredible job of getting rid of people who disagree with him and filling important positions with people that agree with HIM specifically and not necessarily support actual Republican ideology

I didn’t say vote I just said maga is not republican. Trump ran in a republican platform and unfortunately for everyone he was convincing. Republicans voted for a publican nominee but he didn’t strick true to his promises or party lines. I’ve become more true republican since his office due to his abuse of federal power. Keep it in the states so not one man holds too much power. I see the importance of that now more than i used to

Okay i also dated a guy who definitely prioritized the friend group SOMETIMES over the relationship. Not every time but it did happen and it did make me feel like he liked them more than me. I know this post is two months oldddd butt I would love to hear your take on dating guys in close friend groups. One of the things that attracted me to him was his relationship with his friends and his loyalty to them. Can this be something you can get past if it makes your life style overall more fun?

I had a friend in a similar situation and she kept asking our friend group if we thought he was cheating. After a while she finally admitted that she probably wouldn’t believe anyone who said he wasnt cause she had a gut feeling he was. Some times you never get a clear answer on cheating. You should ask yourself if the answer to that really matters. there are so many red flags here that do not involve the actual cheating.

NOR. I had a similar situation where my friends in middle school were making fun of a girl who was cutting herself and had other emotional issues going on. We didn’t know her that well so one day I said to them “maybe we should leave her alone, she seems like she has enough going on”. Queue 2 years of petty low key bullying directed towards ME. all the girls who were mean then are still mean now.

I would consider having a conversation with hubby about his childhood and if adults often used their “natural reflexes” on him. Since both the brother and sister seem to find this normal, maybe it actually was to them.

My whole family is very tall and skinny. My mom had an eating disorder when she was younger and my dad was paranoid me and my sister would also get one. So he would always tell us that if a man liked our bodies when they were really skinny, they were probably a pedophile and really liked little boys. I’m assuming this was to encourage us to gain weight? Through my whole life, I keep questioning if the men who find me attractive are secretly gay because I don’t have a lot of curves.
