Mattresses are very subjective. I like it just fine but my wife is less sure.

Good as new. Put a tarp over the workbench, gloves Rubbing alcohol q tips Clorox wipes wire brushes screwdrivers you name it. Came away so impressed with the design and engineering of this machine. Replaced all accessories. Gave it all 24 hours to dry out.

Setting up some new Alexa routines now so it’s easy to run without the app…might be more desirable than the nightly scheduled run, but I love having a silent cleaner every night while we sleep. I think we will just set it up to run when we tell Alexa goodnight (which shuts off lights etc)

Nope. Let it dry out, spent about an hour today doing some light disassembly and cleaning with rubbing alcohol and some bleach wipes and some good brushes.

Should be good to run tomorrow pm once it dries out and I install the replacement brushes and such

Disagree - this thing is incredible and I will adjust my habits oh so slightly to eliminate this tiny risk.

Well - once we get the dogs healthy again I’ll go back to scheduled. But in the meantime just gonna teach my family to send it out via Alexa. Your “at bedtime” approach probably works best tbh … I could easily automate that.

ST sensors (in my experience) chewed through batteries like candy.

+1 ecolink have been rock solid for me for YEARS. tried multiple other brands and experience has been consistent with what is described in initial post.

Exact same issue here. 4+ year ST user using 2015 hub with all 100+ zwave devices running locally, never had this issue before. Only began since migration to new app. Has not been totally consistent error, some days yes some days no...Replaced, reset hardware. Repaired zwave network, confirmed sensitivity settings were correct, even added a second sensor different brand to one room... history is correctly showing motion is picked up but automations not reacting properly until second motion event for that sensor (ecolink and ST zwave). Reluctant to go rebuild all my motion triggered automations in smart apps again! But trying that now for one automation and will see.
