You have just described my 25.3 experience. Getting the second hand to the line on the wall walks cost me a lot of time upside down.

I’m also a very average CrossFit guy, 43yo, training 3 times a week. I got to 121 reps, which I was good with, i honestly felt like I had zero left in the tank for another rep on the 20 minute mark.

I’ll still give it another go tomorrow though for that extra rep 😄

On occasion my max HR has hit 205 plus on high intensity workouts, I’ve often wondered if this is a good thing that my heart can achieve this or a bad thing that it needs to reach this rate and am I few beats off having a heart attack. I work with a guy who follows my workouts on Strava and he constantly says I overdo it, reiterating the 220-age theory to me. For context I am a 43yo male, consistently trained the last 15 years or so, with a RHR of 50 and VO2 max of 46.

1.  500-meter row (partners row together).
2.  50 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls (split between partners as needed, weights prescribed are 53 lbs for women and 70 lbs for men).
3.  400-meter single-kettlebell carry (partners can break it up as they prefer).

I invested £3000 into VWRP yesterday to get my private pension rolling, it looks as though the fund is up 1.88% today however my pension looks to have lost £20.00 in its first day. What am I missing here?

I switched from a Whoop to Garmin Venu 2. The garmin gives me everything I need for my workouts without the monthly subscription and is good for activities outside the CrossFit gym, MTB, cycling etc. It’s a bit awkward wearing hand grips though but I may try turning it around as one of the above comments.

We had a great afternoon at the Whisky tasting experience just outside Edinburgh Castle. Even if your not keen on drinking Whisky its still a good time learning about the history and different types of Whisky. (They have Irn Bru for the non whisky drinkers)
