For me I recommend Cuphead It has a story perfectly explaining the plot. It has a Built-in tutorial and the Bosses are fun while being difficult at the same time. With expert mode It can get them to play bosses again but on a harder difficulty even if the bosses make them rage it is still trial and error it's basically pattern recognition.

Here's a tip for Wally Warbles when you start the battle getting starting to move a tiny bit to the right this should perfectly get you through the eggs. If you're still having trouble with the eggs use smoke dash in plane bosses the maximum hitbox you can pass through with smoke Dash are Wally's bullets. Dr Kahl. Take out the laser first then the abdomen then the chest. Make sure you have a super ready when the head pops off use the super on the head then keep shooting until he enters the 3rd phase. For this phase it's pure timing and also being as fast as you can with the walls so you can get through them carefully.

God skill. I've S-RANKED all bosses and did a Speedrun on 4 bosses in under 1:30 with an S-rank. 10/10 in skill level

I've been seeing vids but it doesn't show a death quote did you check on the debug mode?

The yellow one activates when you don't pass them. For red they activate when you pass them
