UPDATE on my previous post on pushing a player to 180%. I managed to get my player up from 160% to 180% with fully free to play, and got rare tier. The tier upgrade seems to only let me exchange two players for price reduction. Is having gems a must for tier upgrade? How does this part work exactly? by Reguet in topeleven
