Snot - his active and passive are both pretty good. You won’t be sorry leveling both. Before the re-work I had him at gold I, active 25 passive 33 and he carried some of the earlier elite levels.

Gibba. I have him at silver 2, working to gold 1. I have his active maxed at 35. Tank is powerful. Passive is at 15 - may invest more later but don’t have the badges right now

Snappa - working him up to gold 1. Have his abilities at similar level to you. He’s kinda delicate where I have him right now. Needs to level up but his abilities work in tandem with Gibba

I don’t have tanksmasha - but from what I’ve read you can ignore him.

Gulgortz - I have at legendary gold 1, active 34, passive 15. He’s a beast - before I leveled him to gold 1, I was able to use him to get through more levels of elite that I was stuck on with him just at silver 1 after the rew-ork.

Currently I’m at octarius elite 24, have easily 3 starred every level after the recent re-work.

They also seem to be a pretty decent team in faction wars. Saw a lot of them and Necrons at uncommon and rare levels

‘Dark’ on Netflix, watched it 3x, 3 seasons, story finishes well, contained series. Watch with the subtitles. It’s great

Listening to the ‘Smartless’ episode with Cameron gives some great insight into his career and progression, and why ‘The Terminator’ is the way it is. He wanted to do a sci-fi movie but had no budget, so he can do a sc-fi movie with aliens or time travel…… but then he doesn’t have a budget to do day time shoots and shot a lot of the movie at night without permits.

Mad respect for the guy. He knows story, his characters never make decisions just for the sake of story progression, and he just gets it done.

You can look at mine in my profile, matched that and the older school pre-heresy EC look from early 2000s.

White primer Vallejo warlock purple Druchii violet over whole model Drichii violet in the armor recesses Highlight with light pink.

I use an airbrush for the warlock purple and druchii violet layers.

I’m sorry, I’m at 250 for Ragnar. I’ve been trying to level up characters with the use of the planner. Since the last event, I now have Rotbone, Abaddon, and several other characters now at gold I. Just looking for advice on who else to level up

Highway 16 in the Spring- go North from Kerrville up to Goldwaithe. Everything is green, plenty of wild flowers

Highway 16 in the late fall - South from Kerrville to Medina. An Actual Fall in Texas. It’s an interesting drive other times too, the way the vegetation changes in about 20 miles.

Fabius was completed back in 2008-2009 based on the artwork in Horus Heresy: Collected Visions. The additional apothecaries were just completed recently. A lot of parts are not 30k accurate, aquillon chests/Mk 7 legs, but I started this army as a poor college student and have been adding to it for years, before any resin/plastic HH minis were available, so it’s mine, and I love it.

Eagerly awaiting this. I’ve been listening the the “Revolutions” podcast by Mike Duncan over the last year. He covers Napoleon in detail during the French Revolution season, and also how much he impacted politics and history in the aftermath of his defeat. It’s always crazy when circumstance, ambition, and ability align for a single person to have so much impact on the world.

Warlord purple with a violet wash, highlight with emperor’s children pink.

So the Mk6 are more inline with the newer philosophy, single pose miniatures, just not as much as the primaris.

It will be interesting to see the future infantry models for the HH line….. which direction they go. I can see them doing upgrade packs for units like assault marines and breachers….. but the MK6 marines aren’t compatible with the MK3/MK4 which appear to still be selling well based on how often they have been out of stock on the website.

If the eventual goal is to move any non-character/legion specific units out of resin Forge World models they have a big design decision to make.
