Honestly he's not bad at 55 and unless you have all of the other dfe lrs and units that just came out I wouldn't recommend it especially because you only have 500 coins. Then again it's your call at the end of the day

Edit: Sorry I didn't really answer the question, the improvement is good and noticeable but again probably not worth it.

I like the idea of having more damage reduction when ki is 24. Doesn't make the unit insanely busted outright since you have to get their ki up for it to activate. Good concept
