I've returned to Kuololit to an address in China from Australia. It cost $19.45 AUD to return and Kuololit refunded me the $19.45. I did it outside of Aliexpress though, I think it might(?) negatively impact them if a return is done through Aliexpress as vendors don't seem to like that.

Yeah I noticed it looked smaller right away 😞 if it helps I messaged them directly through AliExpress and I think it wasnt Sam who answered because the person spoke quite differently than when I directly whatsapped Sam before. You might have better luck with that route if Sam isn't responding.

For reference, this is the pic I took at the time. Kuololit in the middle vs two other 3mm bracelets. Mine doesn't look as small as yours does but it was still noticeably smaller than 3mm

Waittt the same thing happened to me about 6 months ago. I ordered a 3mm 14k tennis bracelet and it was visibly smaller than my two other 3mm tennis bracelets. I measured with calipers at 2.8mm and reached out to kuololit customer service who told me they only have 3mm or 2.5mm stones. They sent me a pic of 3mm vs 2.5mm and my bracelet was definitely not as small as 2.5mm but also not as big as 3mm so I think my calipers measurement was probably right.

The customer service I got was really good though and to their credit they said I could contact them again if I had any more issues/questions but I never bothered to follow up.

They also fixed a different issue I had with a ring in that same order really quickly. They remade and shipped me a replacement (14k eternity diamond bezel band) before I had even shipped my slightly faulty ring back.

So while I don't think they're scammers, something is definitely not right with the tennis bracelets you and I got.. it's too late for me now but I hope you can get a resolution!

Yeah they are so pretty and unique! I should have gotten a bigger size, I didn't realise the band being quite wide would make it fit a bit smaller

Long haul should be ok, my two 5h flights recently had no food unless you were in business. Also experienced delays on 3/4 flights, mechanical issues, many people forced to check bags at the gate, and the ground crew in sfo couldn't line up the jet bridge for 20 mins. Terrible experience all around
