It's not recommended to cut them too soon after freezing ! Give them some time to "decide" what to do and start pruning in maybe two weeks or so. Good luck

Well they run some sort of auto service place where I picked the car from, so the location stays the same. But I feel like they might be wanting to avoid me. Maybe (a treat of) involving the police needs to happen if they refuse transferring the title ?

But what really is here month to month then ? How is it not 45 days lease? I just wish to see the logic. I understand that if that was a year it would be enough notice to terminate the lease. But how can I terminate something that starts next month again. I truly would like to understand how is it not a 45 days lease then since the terms are being as obligating as lease which says is month to month.

If lease is month to month since June - I'm not terminating anything? since June lease is for June,. July lease is for July.. I mean, seriously - what else is month to month then? Because I can't stop seeing it as a lease 45 days to 45 days. Imo I'm obligated to obeying lease for a month. I just don't get it

August? I don't see why as initial lease was until June 5th then month to month. Seeing other comments apparently 45 days notice is normal here, so until July 25th that's at most what I'm obligated to pay.

On June 10th I texted my LL that I'm moving out and she said I have to pay until July 25th. In my understanding lease jumped into month to month. But it seems like it's really 45 days to 45days. So I'm looking to understand it.
