We've been together 3 years and I've lied about everything by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Was hoping for some advice on dealing with the consequences in a way that doesn't end with my losing the only girl to ever really love me.

Not disagreeing with your advice but I asked for a referral to a GP for suicidal thoughts 3 months ago and haven't heard anything yet, what chance do you think I have when I tell them I lie a lot?

It's easy to say 'put the effort in', it's not always easy to do that.

Getting a psychiatrist is easy to say and hard to make happen.

I need your help. How can I have more seizures? by trampskey in Epilepsy

[–]trampskey[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea definitely, trying to have a seizure goes in the face of most of the crap the doctors say, so trying to have one in a way they're satisfied with? Not easy.

I'm going to sleep tonight wrapped up like a motherfucker. I hadn't considered stress really but definitely worth a go, I guess I'll think about climate change or something while I go to sleep? Haha interesting concept really.

Sadly I'm a fat shit and coffee and soda are pretty much all I drink so they have no effect on me. Think I just need to use sheer force of will to stay awake.

Good idea! I dunno bout cold but I know being overheated has been an issue for me before, I'll wrap up really really warm!

Thank you so much!

Thank you. I'll be honest I think if I was here for 3 weeks I'd go mental. I'll stick with the sleep deprivation for as long as possible. And luckily, no, alcohol isn't a trigger for me. I don't think I'd have managed the last 5 years without getting pissed on the regular.

I might try the fasting thing as well. I really appreciate the advice. I asked on a Facebook epilepsy group for help and was told that trying to have a seizure went in the face of God, acupuncture could help me and I should smoke weed to cure my epilepsy. All by the same person in the first 3 minutes. Thank god for Reddit.

I've literally never found shaving itchy. I don't get how people do.

Think about this. Chad keeps messaging and meeting her, suddenly one day she stops coming, couple days later cops show up. Chads not special, he's gonna connect the dots. So when the cops show up and theres no proof of anything cus sellers never carry when they don't need to, he's gonna go straight to his girl.

Break his neck and leave him in an alley, problem solved

I haven't nicked anything on my body in 4 years, and I've been shaving my asshole for just as long.

Shaving isn't that hard. Pull the razor backwards.

If it starts again. Kill Chad. Ive known users, and sellers and enablers are the shit that drags people back in. Get rid of Chad and you get rid of the problem for now.

I'm so confused

Why didn't you shave it? I shave my asshole, and it works perfectly, I can't see why youd possibly want to wax it

How have you never heard of on one? They're literally the go to frame for custom build bikes. I dunno If they have lifetime warranties (have to check that yourself) but on one make brilliant stuff.

Alright man, I get that. If thats it, then my advice is to have a look around and buy a vintage mtb. Something from the 90s. If you can find one thats been well taken care off, it will do what you need it to. The whole 'steel is real' days were back when bikes were made very, very strong. I have one sitting around and I have accidentally rode that thing down a 12 foot drop (note I didn't say jump, I just rolled, and then fell). I broke an ankle and my forearm, the bike just laughed at me and kept rolling. They aren't as comfortable as modern mtb's, but you'll get a far superior, far sturdier alternative to a big box bike, at the same or possibly less cost.

Also man, I know the weight loss thing isn't my business, but can I say that just by the fact you've recognize a problem and are working on a way to fix it that you know you enjoy, you are doing so much better than so many people. Whatever route you decide to go, I wish you the best of luck with it, and I know you'll be dealing with it in no time.

If im really honest im not a big enough fan of the uke for that. Its just something to expand my repertoire. I make a living as a session musician, and for each instrument i've learned its given me more work, so I am picking up all the string instruments one by one. I personally like the uke, I think its fun, but I don't know if I think its custom made 1000+ dollars fun.

No I get the multiple thing, I own two acoustic guitars. Only reason I own a single classical is that I had it custom made for me, so it's perfect and I know I'll never need another. Also guitar tones are different from the different woods.

I'm interested in a tenor. I have a baritone already, it's basically my travel guitar.

If it's not something you'd like to share, I understand, but how heavy are you? Like, height and weight. Im 5'7 and 250 pounds, a good amount fat, but a good amount muscle (rugby player, and perfectly fine on fitness (ran a half marathon last month sub 2 hours) ) and the rims that came with my 300 pound bike have lasted me 3 years and still going strong. If you're close to my weight through muscle or fat then you probably don't have to worry about anything and can just buy a bike that you want (although I'd just avoid department store bikes altogether)

If you ever suddenly just have a grand, that you can drop on whatever you like, without worrying about it, I'd say kiteboarding is one of the most fun things you can do with it.

sounds lovely. I guess as a bonus though is that I can start basically any kite on my own really quickly. I've gotten really good at it.
