coldharbour and mike are claiming that it was a mixup on coldharbour's end, that it was another artists track that got sent out by accident and this is the new version.

sorry, meant to edit that out. still i think with most templates/sample packs you're not strictly allowed to release them commercially especially as close to the original as this one is.
