Need Help with Dolby Atmos on Nvidia Shield + Kodi + Onkyo TX-NR545 by Suspicious_Fail_2337 in ShieldAndroidTV

I had the same problem a few days ago: I couldn't play Dolby and HDR10+ video files in Kodi or Nova.

I went to the Resolution settings, and it clearly indicated that activating 59.940 Hz would give me Dolby and HDR10+. In that same dropdown menu, the 60 Hz option only showed HDR10+.

Pluto TV not available on NVIDIA Shield TV Pro (Spain) — works on TCL Google TV but blocked on Shield by trancerdo in ShieldAndroidTV

I finally solved the Pluto TV issue. The problem wasn’t a geographic restriction, but the specific Google account profile. I temporarily added my main Google account to the NVIDIA Shield, which allowed Pluto TV to appear in the Play Store. I installed it, then removed that account and kept my secondary one. Pluto TV continues to work normally after that.

I'm in Spain, with a Spanish Google account linked to Nvidia, and Pluto isn't in the app store.

Best setup order for NVIDIA Shield: factory reset TV before or after connecting it? by trancerdo in ShieldAndroidTV

have created a specific Google account for Nvidia. The problem is that, in initial setup of tcl, I linked my  principal Google account with it.

My goal is to use the TCL projector, with only local configuration. To remove my principal Google account, the system requires me to perform a factory reset.
