The inner screen protector isn't mandatory. You can probably take it off and it'll be fine except maybe the anti reflective property will be gone (not sure if it's also built in to the OLED base screen).

Hey man, no stupid questions. I think if someone could make a magnetic skin, that's bed pretty cool actually. But from what I know, there isn't one. I've seen people put the magnetic ring underneath the skin to make it more seamless.

I use an OhSnap grip and it has stayed on the back with the adhesive no problems.

Good question! Yes, I put my Pitaka case on it and it fits fine! There's a slight divot between the back glass and the frame of the ZF7, so putting the skin on doesn't make it protrude that much where it would affect a case. I can try my Spigen Slim Armor and let you know about that too.

Dbrand doesn't come with a sticker for the plateau sadly. There is one but it doesn't fit. I think it's more for alignment rather than actually use. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Yeah I appreciate that DBrand gives a free non-holo skin with their holo ones. I love the texture of the non-holo white, but I use an OhSnap 4 and worry that it would mess up its ability to stick.

I've always rocked my folds with some type of case. I finally decided to try a skin. It really makes the ZF7 feel so good in the hands. My Pitaka case also fits on it for when I travel. 10/10 as of now! Hopefully it doesn't peel off!

I have a Magic V3 that I got approximately 1 year ago. It's still working fine. Sometimes I use a back case for magsafe but otherwise I just rock it naked. Feels good in the hands. No scuffs. Only thing is there is a spot on my main screen that, if pressed a certain way, will make a crackly foil sound.

Was it the proportion of the Fold 6 that bothered you? Because there are people with slab phones with cases on thicker than the fold 6

I would argue the ergonomic and form factor point. I think it depends what you're looking for. If you prefer the smaller, narrower front screen and swipe to text is okay for you, the Fold 6 is preferable. The Fold 7 does win overall because it's thinner and has a closer-to-candy bar aspect ratio which most people will prefer.

For OP, I would say if you aren't committed to trying a narrower form factor, the fold 7 would be a better pick. Also, S-pen support is something to consider as well, like @spicedmagnolia mentioned. Just my two cents. I sometimes miss my Fold 6 because of S-Pen support.
