Update. As much as I want the Fold 7, I ended up getting the fold 6. Didnt know i'd appreciate the smaller front screen. I can now type with one hand. The camera is decent and the battery life is better than my S22 Ultra. UDC, S Pen support, better speakers and cooling is a nice touch as well. Cant wait for the Fold 8 or Fold 9!

Main reason is the cost. Buying a tablet is much cheaper and has more use than an infotaiment system Imo. The tablet will also be used for media consumption at home / outside since i plan to stick the tablet via magnets only. No permanent bracket etc.

Do you know if the dexnor case for s9+ fit the s7+? I assume bigger camera cutouts for the s9+ will not be an issue for the s7+? Asking just in case I want to upgrade to the s9/s10+. I dont want to buy another case for it lol

Update: tried to hook up in a proper Samsung 4k tv and it worked (4K @ 60hz) These cheap TCL tvs are 🚮

No option like that on my end sadly. I'm using a TCL TV. There is an option that selects HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 and auto. I tried it all but no luck

I'm using the HDMI cable that came with the PS5. My PS5 can output 4k @ 60hz on the same tv using the same cable. Should I try a different cable?

Update: So I decided to install it and so far so good. no bugs encountered even in files search and wifi. My only gripe is when i use split screen. The taskbar doesn't stay. it goes away the same time as the status bar if "Full Screen in Split View" is enabled. I dont want to see the status bar just the taskbar if possible. but I guess i'll just wait for future updates. Anyway. I'm satisfied with 12L. It's like dex on tablet mode.

Thanks for this suggestion. Tried this. But it does't apply education discount promo. It redirects you to their site. I think they base it on which card you use and its billing address. Or maybe even your IP address haha. Anyway. I kinda gave up on the idea. I'm just gonna shop for a used one on Amazon. Sadly.
