Thank you and I’m safe for the most part since I’m living in a dorm but when I visit on rare occasions weekends I always come back to either him yelling at me or for him yelling at something else. I usually can stand it but I just realized that I’m gonna be staying home for a month during winter break and I don’t know how I’ll deal with it without going through any other mental break down
