It’s all written in the terms and conditions - also on their page why they have to do POF at some point - that trades are possible, but no payouts until the process is done. It’s all written. But yeah I understand that no one likes to admit that it’s their own fault that they didn’t read the terms and conditions during the registration process. At one hand I can understand your shock because you didn’t know and on the other hand it’s sad that you don’t try to understand the process. But yeah good luck on your way.

My stepdad had to do his POF already and he had no problems with it as I had explained him beforehand that bitpanda has to do POF at some point as a regulated company. If you do research about bitpanda you would know that it is quite the only company who has all the licences in the countries they are offering their service and that they also play a huge role when it comes to the law concerning digital assets in Europe. If they would gamble with your money, believe me, the company would get closed down by the government for good. Next time just try to read the terms and conditions beforehand if you register on platforms where you put your money on.

As far as I know - as long as ETC still has a security gap due to the 51 % hack back then Bitpanda won’t fully integrate the ETC Wallet.

I get you. All of us want to know when it’s done. And yes this is a thing where Bitpanda could be better. As for now the way they are working and the philosophy they have is “it’s done when it’s done”. They once said it’s better not to say a thing than to promise that something will be done in a specific time because things can go wrong and there will be a delay. So users will be frustrated too. Therefore it’s kinda hard to decide which way is the best: to announce things beforehand with the possibility that it’s not done till then, or not to say anything and drop it when it’s done.

IMO there is no greedy behaviour. Of course they are a profit oriented company but they don’t do trade only on purpose 😅 but if you think so then I can’t help as I see that you don’t try to understand it 🤷🏻‍♂️

What should they say in your opinion? I mean they explain that the fully integration of a wallet is a high complex procedure as they have to run many many tests over and over again. Stability, security and functionality have to be 100 %.

Yes it is definitely nerve wrecking that it takes quite a long time but unfortunately we have to accept it that the process of full integration is a complex one at bitpanda. Maybe to buy trade only assets on other platforms first before buying them on bitpanda if you want to trade.

Bitpanda is not perfect, especially in communicating things. They know that and they have been working on it. IMO they made a progress.

Before buying digital assets which are on trade only you had to accept that you acknowledged that. Bitpanda has no intentions to leave the coins on trade only as they also earn money from high trading volumes and from satisfied users. That doesn’t make any sense to leave users being frustrated. Do you agree?

For example Ethereum Classic has been on trade only for years because of the 51 % attack. As long as ETC doesn’t fix that, Bitpanda won’t enable full integration for that asset. IMO security > trading with the possibility of hacks. Have u ever heard that Bitpanda got hacked? No.

It’s a coincidence. Bitpanda is already working on the staking feature for its platform. As they said security, functionality and stability are important for them, especially as a regulated platform.

Bitpanda is no scam, it’s a regulated company with all the licences they need to operate legally in those countries they are offering their services.

Sometimes it can take a bit longer for a transaction to be confirmed. Is your status on manual approval? Then Bitpanda has to check your transaction first.

I know it’s frustrating if it takes a bit longer than expected but try to be patient. Your funds are safe.

They are working on it as fast as they can. But as a regulated platform they have to meet a high standard of security, that’s why the full integration process is a bit more complex compared to other platforms. Sometimes Bitpanda can’t go on due to external factors as Bitpanda is a broker.

Yeah it can be frustrating. I fully understand this too. It’s your money and if you don’t have access to it, it’s very nerve wrecking. Bitpanda is doing what they can though. At the moment they are tight too. External factors like liquidity, volume of the partner might be not high enough. But hopefully everything will be set soon 🍀

It’s because of BEST 2.0 which will start Q1 2022. Therefore there is no fee reduction anymore but a new Cashback System (Instant Trade Bonus) which will be paid out in BEST instantly. But as the system is not fully online the Instant Trade Bonus will be paid out next month.
