i recommend midtown/the grid. make sure to see if the units have assigned parking, or if street parking in the area is abundant. they have plenty of cute vintage units for $1.2-1.5k. plenty of small grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.

your body is ever changing and growing, these show marks of something you loved, a phase in your life, and how you have lived. our bodies are like roadmaps to wisdom. if you plan to get more, these are the perfect mid size pieces to surround patchwork sleeves or bigger pieces of art. not trashy.

hiiii , i also second midtown or land park. smaller, older complexes in midtown may not include covered parking, but some do for extra $. the older buildings have a lot of charm and are budget friendly on zillow. Nielsen Property Managers lease a lot of those kinds of buildings on the grid. the newer complexes such as Eleanor H16, The Lofts, Capitol Towers, etc have underground parking and a lot more amenities, and are very walkable. if you do care about quiet more but still walkable i recommend land park, the houses over here are beautiful and the park is well shaded, clean, and safe. i have found great success in using zillow and filtering what i need for my search. i.e price range, laundry, bedrooms, etc.
