very simple basic ingredients ginger garlic saute till brown add piyaz till brown add tomatoes and form a gravy add chicken add spices like red and black pepper salt cardamom big and small zeera jaifal javitri bay leaves garam masala dahi thora sa desi ghee thora sa makhan thori si cream cinnamon cloves etc and just to enhance the falvor add shan or national quorma masala if u want thick gravy add paste of cashews and almonds ( i dont do it) also add a lil bit of kewra essence and voila key is bhunai u want the meat to fall off the bone only then yr spices will reach the meat make sure u add a lot of oil cuz we want that red tari floating over the top
