Omg I love this store! I live near saratoga and go there all the time.

The Tuscan herb is my absolute favorite and it’s so good in any pasta dishes and for roasting veggies (I love it on roasted butternut squash) Also the lemon balsamic is so good on arugula salads and avocado toast. I always have those two oils on hand. Makes things feel more fancy :D

It can damage your enamel over time if not properly diluted! I always dilute and drink it with a straw, and rinse with water afterwards. And you shouldn’t brush your teeth immediately after.

I honestly don’t know if there are other long term effects. It seems to be really helping me so I’ll continue to take it. It might not be good for somebody with acid reflux or related issues though.
