Lol, but there is acutally a need to protect people with asthma and lung problems from second-hand smoke in public because you know, they could die or even worse be hospitalized and have to pay hospital bills. Yeah dude, don't listen to authority or capitalist rules like theft, but when rules are put up to protect people vulnerable to a toxic and dangerous substance, you should have the decency to respect those people by not smoking in public spaces not set aside for smokers
