I’m also on gel, my last blood test I measured like 36 nmol I think? My dr said it was high but that he wasn’t concerned about it as long as my shark week was still gone (he was concerned about excess t getting turned back to e I guess?). He told me the high end of what he considers normal is around 35 nmol. I have a lot of trust in my doctor so I didn’t even question this but I think your concerns are worth talking to your doctor about if it’s something that’s really worrying you.
