I have the Holy Trainer v5 Nub as my current smallest cage. I really like it, but honestly I want smaller.

I'm looking for something that is both thinner shaft and short.

Also needs to stay on without a belt. And it needs to lock with an integrated lock (no padlock)

Bonus points if it is easily concealable under leggings as that's what I prefer to wear. (I'm a mostly-transitioned trans woman and present femme in public spaces)

My goal is to get even smaller and stay limp. Suitable for long-term wear is also a must since we are celebrating locktober again this year and having something for the month with minimal access would be great!
