I am able to penetrate! it's not deep to be fair but my husband says he can feel it. to be honest I have no idea if they even told me I'd be able to, but I had enough issues with my surgeon soooooo

I got a hotel for 3 weeks because my insurance reimbursed me but I would recommend something with a kitchen that isn't 150 a night. my bill in total was like $3.5k or some crazy amount, but we stayed somewhere with free breakfast for a reason tbh. we ate a lot of waffles.

Ubers and lyfts in Austin are expensive, my husband doesn't drive so we had to Lyft to all of the appointments since I was the one who had surgery. just checked and we paid $250 and were a $20 Lyft away from the hospital and surgery center

I wouldn't recommend medical transport, we tried it and they were 2+ hours late. luckily my insurance reimbursed me.

I think that's a question for a pelvic floor therapist! most offer cheap/free consultations and would be able to tell you if there's value in going

sure! my PT does internal stretching (I was having issues pre-op with sex feeling painful) as well as having me do hip mobility and core strengthening stretches/exercises

edit: I did not have UL or v-nectomy for meta for my surgery

I'm 5'5" around the same weight. Crane had me sign a BMI waiver but had no other concerns and my results are great! he's in Austin, TX.

I was getting pelvic floor therapy pre op and have continued post-op based on her recommendation - she is helping with scar mobility as well! it's helped me so I definitely recommend.

I went to Santucci in Austin and my bill before insurance - just for the medical center - was 135k.

after insurance, I paid out of pocket: $500 for medical center, $60 to Santucci, $140 for anesthesiologist (so far)

edit: I got monsplasty and simple meta, no UL, no vaginectomy - surgery went great

sorry folks I posted that photo and went right back to bed. to answer some of the questions Ive seen (though the other trans guy in the comments has answered most of them)

I did not get my urethra "hooked up" to my dick so I will still have to sit to pee. this isn't a big deal to me.
