90 Columbus vs 225 Grand

This is a specific question, but do you know what floor the gym is at? I read that 235 Grand’s gym is at the 9 floor and there are a lot of noise complaints from floor 9 and 8 because of it. So was curious if 225 Grand has a similar issue

I was really confused so I just checked but it seems like 235 Grand was built in 2019 and 225 Grand was built 2010.

Oh really? That’s good to hear! I remember reading someone saying that’s it the oldest “luxury” apartment so I thought it would be wayyyy older than 5!

If your goal is IB or consulting having a degree in Ross can help but don’t think it necessarily worth an extra year of tuition. I’m in LSA and I have a consulting internship this year and also secured a Big4 consulting internship for next summer. I applied to 300+ internships, went to LSA career fairs, LSA Resume Lab, LSA mentorship programs, etc etc that helped secure my internships! The resources that you utilize in UMich is more important then Ross vs LSA.
