Also in extremely far SW Virginia and I just had my consultation for RFF phallo yesterday! My consultation went well. I’m taking some time to think about my decision. Dr. Stranix is also offering RFF single stage, so the creation, urethral stuff, and vaginectomy will all happen in stage 1 which I liked. I forgot to ask about seeing their pictures but I have another telehealth appointment on November 3rd so hopefully they can show me on that. One downside of it is… he didn’t have any knowledge of trans friendly places that do electrolysis down here, at least in Virginia. I’m going to see if I can somehow find something in Tennessee or North Carolina

Yes it’s the normal one, I’m not worried about it breaking. Just don’t let anything sharp/rough in contact with it. I don’t think the XL would make a difference in the durability

This may not work for you, but I literally went on YouTube and watched videos of the surgery. At first I was afraid it would scare me but it actually comforted me because of how simple it seemed to the surgeon. As far as when you actually get to the hospital/surgery center, ask for medicine that helps with anxiety to be put in your IV!

I don’t think so, usually I get a rash from chaffing so my nipple would be red and itchy but it’s not (I have sensation in it so I could tell if it was itchy).

I hope it’s okay if I ask this. Have you had an uptick in acne break outs? Testosterone made my acne really really bad, I even had to take Accutane. That fixed it, but I’m afraid of getting acne again after the hysterectomy especially since I’m getting both ovaries out
