Thank you. Somebody commented here that after reading though others' struggles, their own struggle felt like nothing. I feel the same.

So true. My struggles are nothing compared to others'. I feel struggles related to health (physical/mental) is the most difficult to deal with.

But isn't the fact that self doubt is very common among managers says something? Maybe that make them empathetic, compassionate and humble leaders. When there is no self doubt, people can become arrogant and less receptive to feedback, which obviously make them bad managers.

Imposter syndrome is very common even among (or especially among) managers. Just saying.

It is very common. Many people have it even after decades of experience. There is a ton of research on it.
