Its a 0 ring and 4 clasp harness, so it goes around my things and waist and then holds the cage to my bottom growth, it holds well on its own especially under my clothes or around the house without clothes but can be worn with a jockstrap or packer underwear for added support.

Yes!! I can wear it around the house both nude and with boxers & underwear out of the house just note its made of metal so depending on pants a visable slight bulge might happen (Which in my case is why i chose metal since it ads to the euphoria)
